Artist Bio

Vivien Budge paints or draws anything that holds a special significance for her and is strongly drawn to portrait painting. Vivien loves impressionist painting styles with brush strokes that show some of the energy of creating art.

While she is drawn to the sensuality of painting with oil, Vivien does find the challenge of painting in watercolour on canvas wonderfully satisfying and enjoys clay sculpture too.

After a career in maths teaching, Vivien now feels extremely privileged to be able to spend her time experimenting with paint.
