James Murray grew up in Orbost, Victoria, where his interest in nature began. This interest led James to his university degree and career in zoology.
His passion for artistic woodturning came later in life. Using his background and nature for inspiration, James explores new shapes to create his woodturning. His work has been exhibited and received awards.
