Artist Bio

Katie Glaskin is a painter, printmaker and anthropologist. She has lived and worked in India, Nepal, Israel, Japan, and the Kimberley, experiences which have profoundly shaped her understandings of history, environment and place. Much of her work is focussed on environmental themes and extinctions of various kinds. Katie works out of a studio at Goolugatup Heathcote in Applecross and is a member of the Swan River Print Studio.
